Job Description

An MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive manages a company's IT infrastructure, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining systems for data collection, storage, and analysis, generating crucial reports for management to support business decisions, ensuring data integrity, security, and providing technical leadership for IT staff and projects. Key duties include database management, troubleshooting, network security, leading IT initiatives, and bridging the gap between technical IT functions and business needs, ensuring systems run efficiently and align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
System Management: Develop, maintain, and oversee company databases, software, and hardware.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports for management, identifying trends and patterns.
IT Leadership: Plan and coordinate IT projects, manage IT staff, and provide technical guidance.
Security & Compliance: Ensure data security, manage firewalls, and enforce IT policies and compliance.
Business Alignment: Understand business needs, propose technology solutions, and improve existing processes for efficiency. Essential Skills
Strong understanding of MS Office (especially Excel, Macros) and database systems.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and communication skills.
Project management and attention to detail.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Practical experience with various software applications.
