Qualification – Advance Excel, Java, App script, Knowledge of Google sheet

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our company's information systems, ensuring efficient data management, reporting, and process improvements. The role involves data analysis, report generation, and system management, tailored to support our sales and operational teams in the marble and granite industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Reporting:  Collect, process, and maintain data related to sales, inventory, and operations.  Generate, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.  Develop customized reports and dashboards in tools like Google Data Studio to provide insights into sales trends, customer preferences, and operational efficiency.

2. System Management & Automation:  Manage and update the company’s MIS systems to ensure accurate data entry and retrieval.  Implement data management solutions that enhance reporting accuracy and decision-making.  Utilize Google Apps Script to automate repetitive tasks, manage emails, and improve workflow automation.  Develop and maintain internal systems, such as an intranet, to centralize resources and improve information accessibility.

3. Business Analytics & Performance Tracking:

 Analyze sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.  Monitor and adjust workloads based on project priorities to optimize overall team performance.  Develop an MIS scoring system to evaluate IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

4. Support to Sales & Operations Teams:

 Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.  Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance metrics.  Provide training and support on the use of MIS tools and systems, ensuring all teams are aligned with company objectives.

5. Inventory Management:

 Monitor inventory levels through the MIS and suggest reordering when necessary.  Ensure accurate and timely inventory reporting to avoid stock outs or overstocking.

6. Documentation & Compliance:

 Maintain and update documentation related to MIS processes and systems.  Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding data management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,862.16 - ₹24,939.03 per month
