MIS Coordinator

Position: MIS / Sales Coordinator Location: Hyderabad--Corporate Office Industry: Building Materials / AAC Blocks / Manufacturing Experience: 2–5 Years Role OverviewWe are hiring a detail-oriented MIS / Sales Coordinator with strong Excel and Power BI skills to manage sales reporting, dashboards, field team coordination, and cross-department communication. The candidate must be highly analytical, organized, and strong in follow-up. Key Responsibilities1. MIS & ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (Sales Register, Targets vs Achieved, CBM/Tons Analysis). Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for management. Executive-wise, dealer-wise, and zone-wise sales analytics. Track dispatch, pending orders, and delivery schedules. 2. Sales CoordinationCoordinate with field sales executives for: Daily beat plans & customer visits Order booking updates Collection follow-ups New enquiry updates Communicate with customers for order confirmation, dispatch status, and follow-ups. 3. Target & Incentive MonitoringTrack AEROBILD AAC Blocks monthly targets (zone-wise). Track AEROBOND Gum Bags incremental monthly targets. Prepare target vs achieved incentive sheets. 4. Cross-Department CoordinationCoordinate with: Dispatch team for daily deliveries Accounts team for outstanding & collections Production team for stock availability Ensure smooth information flow across all teams. Technical Skills RequiredAdvanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query Power BI: DAX, dashboards, data modeling Strong communication skills Data analysis & reporting skills QualificationsGraduate / MBA preferred 2–5 years’ experience in MIS / Sales Coordination Experience in manufacturing or building materials preferred
