Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company database/lead sources. Present and promote residential projects (plots, villas, and resort living concepts). Generate interest, explain project benefits, and convert leads into site visits. Maintain regular follow-up with potential buyers until closure. Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, site visits, and closures. Coordinate with field sales team for customer meetings and site visits. Maintain knowledge of real estate market trends and competitor projects. RequirementsPrior experience in real estate tele sales / telecalling preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Ability to handle objections and build customer trust. Persuasive, target-driven, and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage preferred. EducationMinimum: Intermediate / Graduate degree preferred.
