🔍Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain

  daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards

  in

  Microsoft Excel

  and

  Google Sheets

  .

• Extract, validate, and clean data

  from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Automate repetitive reporting tasks

  using

  Google Apps Script

  or

  Excel Macros

  .
• Prepare

  performance summaries

  and share updates with relevant teams as per schedule.
• Maintain

  organized data structures

  , version control, and proper documentation for reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams

  to resolve data discrepancies or collect missing inputs.
• Assist in

  developing or improving templates, dashboards, and data processes

  to enhance reporting efficiency.

✅ What We’re Looking

• Strong proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data validation).
• Advanced knowledge of

  Google Sheets

  (functions, dashboards, data connections).
• Basic understanding of

  Google Apps Script

  or

  Excel Macros

  for automation.
• Excellent

  attention to detail

  and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Strong

  logical thinking and problem-solving

  abilities.
• Effective

  and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
