Job Role & Responsibilities:
1. UBI Attendance System:
a. Geo-fencing of new location
b. Onboarding new joiners every week
c. Addressing employee queries
d. Monthly Dashboard
e. Validation of reporting with SF reporting
f. Addition of Transfer in cases
g. Removal of Exits and transfer out cases
2. Transfer Notes on eGovernance Portal and tracking of transfer action:
a. Coordination with employees to upload HoTo
b. Coordination with Onboarding SPOC, IT Team and Category OA to ensure closure
c. Employee Data Validation post completion of action
d. Reporting Validation post transfer
3. SF Data Management:
a. Relationship Matrix
b. Designation
c. Data change in position
d. Reporting validation post exit of employee
4. Exit Tracker: extension of the one created by operations team
a. Capturing performance ratings, promotions, new organizations
b. Detailed reasoning captured by respective HRBPs
c. Analysis and insights
5. Assistance to New Joiners:
a. Coordinating with admin and finance team to close Pre-joining claims
i. Goods Movement
ii. Travel
iii. Food
b. Stay Arrangement: coordination with category OA
c. Attending queries - ID card, New Joiner Kit, mobile connection, Daily TE
6. Assistance for Happay related queries of employees
a. Following up with finance team and admin team
7. Intern Management
a. Keeping tracker of all the active interns
b. Ensuring closure of onboarding and completion certificate.
