MIS Associate

Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, consolidating, and reporting data from various sales channels and internal systems. The role plays a critical part in generating accurate reports, tracking key performance metrics, and enabling the team to make informed business decisions around sales, inventory, and category performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Consolidation

• Collect sales, inventory, and marketing data from online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and offline sources

• Consolidate data into structured formats using Excel/Google Sheets

Data Cleaning & Validation

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness

• Identify and correct data discrepancies or anomalies

MIS Reporting & Dashboards

• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Report sales (SKU/category/channel-wise), inventory levels, returns, and performance metrics

• Create ad-hoc/custom reports for business needs

Analysis & Insights

• Analyze trends in sales and DRR; identify bestsellers and underperformers

• Support sales forecasting and business decisions with data-backed insights

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS/data reporting

• Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory

• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

• Comfort working with data from multiple sources and formats

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
