About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Specialist to join our team at Mafatlal Industries Ltd., one of India’s leading textile manufacturers with a legacy of over 100 years. The role involves managing data, generating reports, and supporting business decisions through accurate analysis and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Create and update sales reports, payment tracking, and performance dashboards.
Analyze large datasets and provide insights for decision-making.
Develop and automate reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Mapro.
Coordinate with departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong command over Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)
Working knowledge of Power BI and Mapro for report automation.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS/reporting.
