Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive MIS Executive to manage and analyze data, prepare reports, and support operational decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data management and reporting, with prior experience or knowledge of the insurance or broking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update insurance data, client portfolios, and policy records in internal systems.
Generate business performance dashboards and provide actionable insights to management.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams for data accuracy and timely report submission.
Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and automation.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, or a related field.
13 years of experience in MIS, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and database tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred:

Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and broking operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
