Job Title:

MIS Analyst

📍 Location: Mumbai

About the Role:

MIS Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports and dashboards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Analyze business performance metrics, identify trends, and highlight deviations.
Automate reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with different departments to understand data needs.
Provide actionable insights to management for strategic planning and process improvements.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all MIS systems.
Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis (Fresher with strong Excel & SQL skills can be considered).
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and meet tight deadlines.
