Job Summary:

The MIS Analytics / Executive will be responsible for managing, preparing, analyzing, and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly data related to sales, procurement, stock, and production. The role involves using Excel, Google Sheets, ERP (Logic ERP), and Power BI to generate dashboards, automate reports, and ensure data accuracy for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and update daily sales data from incoming email reports.
• Update sales quantity and amount in designated Excel sheets and share with the concerned team.
• Prepare and update the following key reports every week:
• Sales Report
• Production Report
• Fabric Received Report
• Fabric Stock (Factory) Report
• Warehouse Stock / Goods in Transit / Pending DO for Sales
• Procurement Report (for Vivek)
• PO vs GRN Report
• Consolidate all reports into the weekly summary sheet and upload to Google Sheets.
• Refresh and validate Pivot Tables, check data accuracy between raw and summary sheets.
• Coordinate with department heads (Procurement, Sales, Production) for report inputs and validation.
• Update and refresh Power BI dashboards (Customer Dashboard, Stock Aging Dashboard).
• Publish updated dashboards and ensure live data sync.
• Analyze trends and highlight any discrepancies or key business insights.
• Logic ERP and generate required reports:
• Maintain and update Export & Domestic Quantity Reports
• Prepare Stock Reports,
• Calculate and update pending, in-process, and factory-level stock reports.
• Ensure accurate month-end reconciliation of all reports.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Advanced Excel Skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Filters, Formulas, Data Cleaning
• Google Sheets: Collaboration, Data Analysis, Pivot Charts
• ERP System (Logic ERP): Report generation and analysis
• Power BI: Dashboard creation, refresh, and publishing
• Data Management: Organizing multiple data sets and ensuring accuracy
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret trends and support management decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or similar role.
• Experience working with ERP systems and reporting dashboards preferred.
