This role reports to the Vice President- Client Leadership3 Best Things About The JobYou get to create a footprint in the fastest growing agency in the network on well-known brands and be part of a winning teamCompletely managing the plans from brief to planning to executionHigh adrenalin work under pressure and short turnaround times and ability to shape the course of the agencyIn Three MonthsIn this role, your goals will be:Get a complete handle on the client structure, media planning requirements of assigned clientsBuilt a working relationship with key internal stakeholders, brand managers and media managers at client endFamiliarize completely with the media planning process and delivery structure
In Six MonthsTo be recognized as the reliable, independent and integrated media planning and go-to face for the key stake-holders at the clientBuilt a strong relationship with the client and all internal stake holdersWorked on and delivered at least 2 key showcase award worthy projectsIn 12 MonthsSupervised a market shaping AOP process for the clientsWorked on 2 Cut through, award winning and business defining projects for the clientsWorked on award entries along with the extended team membersEnsured delivery of a culture of seamless and high-quality execution resulting in high client satisfactionCreate a positive vibe within the teamWhat Your Day Job Looks LikeManage the day-to-day relationship with the clientEnsure timely, high quality delivery & execution of media planning, competitive and market understanding for the clients as per the aligned processEnsure that deliverables are sent as per the engagement calendarManage individuals & oversee their work to ensure it meets quality standards either through direct or allied teamsArrive at actionable solutions using secondary data analysis (IRS/BARC/TGI/GroupM tools etc) and by drawing upon media planning experienceLook for positive solutions rather than problems
