Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE products, including Sales, Service Marketing, Field Service, Power Pages, and Project Operations.
• Support in troubleshooting technical issues using debugging tools and root cause analysis techniques.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and escalation teams for issue resolution.
• Demonstrate customer focus by delivering efficient support and value-driven solutions.
• Assist in documenting troubleshooting steps and contribute to technical content, including knowledge base articles and training materials.
• Participate in mentoring sessions and internal training to enhance technical expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• 02 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, with exposure to CRM functional modules such as Sales, Service Marketing, Field Service.
• Basic understanding of Security Roles, Field Service Module, Project Operations, Omnichannel Plugins, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Good verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt in a dynamic technical environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and take guidance from senior consultants.

Preferred

• Experience in a customer-facing role within an international environment.
• Exposure to Microsoft Cloud products or other Cloud Management Systems.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-910, MB-920, or other Dynamics 365 certifications).
