Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in configuring, customizing, and deploying CRM solutions to meet business needs. This individual will play a key role in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, improving business processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. Shape Key Responsibilities: CRM Implementation & Customization: Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the specific needs of the business. Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows in Dynamics 365 to support business processes. Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other business applications, including ERP systems, marketing automation, and third-party tools. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for end users of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Resolve issues related to performance, functionality, and integration within the CRM system. Conduct regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security. System Configuration & Process Optimization: Work with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. Configure business rules, workflows, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience. Identify opportunities for process improvements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM features. Data Management & Reporting: Oversee data migration from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Power BI or built-in CRM reporting tools. Monitor CRM data quality and implement best practices for data governance. User Training & Documentation: Provide training to end users on Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and best practices. Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and system documentation. Project Management & Collaboration: Participate in project teams for CRM implementation, upgrades, and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT) to align CRM capabilities with business goals. Manage the lifecycle of CRM-related projects, from planning through execution and post-implementation support. Continuous Improvement & Updates: Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM features, tools, and updates. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the CRM system to keep it aligned with evolving business needs. Shape Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform (online/on-premises). Strong experience with customization, configuration, and development in Dynamics 365 (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). Expertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards. Knowledge of data integration and system integration using APIs, RESTful services, and other methods. Experience with D365 CE (Customer Engagement) modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Knowledge of Azure and experience in working in a DevOps environment. Business Skills: Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in sales, marketing, and customer service. Ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions. Experience with data management, including data import/export, data validation, and maintaining data integrity. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or any other related certifications are highly preferred. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement or other relevant certifications a plus. Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or a similar CRM platform. Experience in a similar role (e.g., CRM Consultant, CRM Administrator, Dynamics 365 Developer). Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
