Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Finance & Operations/Business Central).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 configurations and customizations.
• Create plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript customizations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft tools (Power BI, SharePoint, Azure, etc.).
• Perform data migration, integration, and testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and user adoption.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user training/support as needed.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / ERP).
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and Power Platform.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 customization, plugin development, and workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (REST APIs, Web Services).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-500, MB-600, etc.) are a plus.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Business Central.
• Exposure to Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
• Experience in client-facing or consulting roles.
