This is a hands-on role! We are looking for a senior person that is self starting and deliver features by yourself and together with the CRM team (5 people). We have many businesses request that we need to deliver and sometimes the pressure is high. You should be experienced in the Scaled Agile Framework and know how to prepare and execute features for the PI. Key Responsibilities: • Analyse business processes and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and other modules. • Write features and user stories in Azure Devops and refine them with the team • Advise clients on best practices, innovation, and strategies to enhance CRM adoption and efficiency. • Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 solutions, including Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Manage stakeholder expectations and act as a bridge between the client and the technical team. • Conduct workshops, training sessions to facilitate solution adoption. • Collaborate with developers to deliver custom solutions and integrations with other systems (e.g., ERP (FO/AX), SharePoint, Azure). CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Signing solutions • Support Epic preparation activities, such as delivering demos and preparing epics. Position Summary: The State Head – Sales will lead all state‑level sales initiatives for water, submersible, and solar pumps across Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, India. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through government and institutional sales (e.g. PM‑KUSUM, MEDA, other government tenders) and building a strong dealer network. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting state government schemes (PM‑KUSUM, MEDA, Jal Jeevan Mission, etc.). - Lead end‑to‑end tendering process: identification, coordination, pricing, & submission. - Build and manage a high‑performing team: Area Managers, Sales Officers, Channel Partners. - Strengthen relationships with government decision‑makers, irrigation departments, and energy development agencies. - Monitor state pump sales (water & solar) performance; achieve/review sales targets & KPIs. - Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, service, marketing, finance) to ensure timely delivery, commissioning, and service. - Identify new sales opportunities: agriculture irrigation, municipal, industrial, and residential sectors. - Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, share insights with national sales/policy teams. - Represent Shakti Pumps at exhibitions, government forums, and industry events. Essential Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's in Engineering, Agriculture, Business or related field (Master’s preferred). - 10+ years of proven sales leadership in pumps or solar‑energy equipment. - Strong understanding of water‑pumping technologies (submersible, centrifugal, solar). - Demonstrated success in government/institutional sales; hands‑on with tenders, LOAs, and bid management. - Excellent network within state govt agencies, irrigation boards, development authorities. - Proven experience managing teams and channel development. - Strong skills in negotiation, forecasting, market analysis, and strategic planning.
