Perform sampling and labeling of materials as per defined procedures and verify all equipment and instruments. Ensure all documentation and quality records comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices and are filed according to existing policies. Review and revise Standard Operating Procedures, analytical methods, and related documents to keep them current. Conduct analyses on finished products, raw materials, and components, including data entry, review, and approval in a computerized database, and generate EMS reports. Collaborate with plant personnel to develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Follow up on the effectiveness of implemented CAPAs to ensure sustained improvement. 5. Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to plant personnel on quality assurance and food safety best practices. Identify training needs and potentially assist in the delivery of training programs related to food safety, GMPs, and quality control. 6. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement within the plant.
