About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage communication with clients to understand their editorial requirements, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction 2. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and enhance overall client experience 3. Update and maintain the client database regularly to ensure accurate and current information for seamless communication and efficient workflow 4.
