Role Description We are looking for a committed Raw & Packing Material (RM/PM) Officer to join our Faridabad facility on a full-time, on-site basis. The officer will oversee the analysis, testing, and verification of all raw and packing materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining precise records, coordinating with production and procurement teams, and supporting leadership in optimizing material management processes for efficiency and reliability. Qualifications & Skills Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. In-depth knowledge of raw material and packing material testing procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Strong problem-solving abilities to address quality deviations and improve processes. Proficiency in laboratory documentation and basic office software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment with flexibility and adaptability. Relevant experience in raw and packing material analysis in food manufacturing is preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field is desirable.
