Candidates should have experience in techniques in molecular biology including cloning, digestion, ligation, transformation, PCR, plasmid isolation etc.
Cell line development: Candidate should have direct experience with clone/cell line development activities like transfection, pool/minipool development, minipool screening, single cell cloning, clone expansion and clone screening etc
Should be able to handle equipment in cell line development like Vicell, electroporator, single cell imaging equipment, Octet etc.
Documentation skills like LNB & logbook writing, preparing SOPs and reports
Should have knowledge of clone development for biosimilar molecules
Experience with handling of different CHO cells and other cell lines like SP20, NS0 etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with teams
Should have experience in working under quality management systems
Should have experience in preparation of different reports related to upstream process development
Excellent presentation and communication skills
M.Sc., / M.Tech., with 2-5 years of experience in molecular biology, clone development, cell line development or cell culture work
