Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Officer/Sr. Officer in Formulation and Development, based in Sarigam, Vapi. The role involves formulation optimization, troubleshooting challenges, process improvements to ensure quality and compliance, and documenting experimental studies, formats, records and reports. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the team to maintain stringent quality standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge of immunology, biochemistry, Microbiology , Analytical Chemistry Can handle basic laboratory equipments such as Micropipettes, pH meter, Centrifuge, Weighing Balance, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, Incubators Understanding of regulatory compliance, quality control, and industry standards ISO 13485 Knowledge of analytical techniques, laboratory protocols, and problem-solving abilities Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Microbiology or related field Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet project deadlines Relevant experience in diagnostic is an advantage
