Job Description

As a Micro Space Planner at bp's Customers & Products Business and Technology Centre (BTC) in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, crafting, and updating planograms to enhance customer experience and drive innovation. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring customer-centric decision making and partnering with key customers for product placement decisions - Leveraging data and customer insights to improve sales and profitability - Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to activate timely interventions - Providing effective solutions and promoting continuous improvement across all facets of the role - Building planograms in line with merchandising standards and guidelines Qualifications required for this role include: - Over 4 years of micro-space planning experience - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability - Experience with Blue Yonder JDA space planning tool or similar tools is highly desirable You will work with the Food & Merchandise team and play a pivotal role in landing both company and local strategies. This position does not require travel and is eligible for relocation within the country. Remote working is not available for this role. Skills required for this role include agility core practices, analytical thinking, communication, commercial acumen, data analysis, decision making, digital fluency, industry knowledge, operational excellence, and more. Please note that employment may be contingent upon adherence to local policies, including pre-placement screenings and background checks.,
