Job Summary

:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a

MICE Corporate Sales Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business from corporate clients, managing end-to-end execution of events, and acting as a key liaison between the client and internal teams (Creative, Operations, Production). This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales Business Development

:
  • Identify and target corporate clients for MICE-related events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).
  • Develop and pitch customized event proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track conversions.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Client Servicing

:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients after business conversion.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and communication to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Coordination

:
  • Coordinate with internal teams creative, operations, and production to ensure alignment with client brief.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of the event from concept to delivery.
  • Monitor event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Conduct post-event debriefs with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and identify improvements.

Requirements

:
  • 3 - 5years proven experience in MICE sales or corporate event management.
  • Strong network of corporate clients in Bangalore or the South India market is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and event execution (as needed).

Education

:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

:
  • Competitive; based on experience and industry standards.
