Demonstrate strong knowledge of Fiscal metering standard i.e. API MPMS chapters, AGA standards, ISO standers for measurement Conversant with local laws for all World Areas e.g, NORSOK , SHELL DEP & MESC Should have performed integration planning and testing of Metrology systems Knowledge of meter sizing, meter calibration procedure, control valve sizing and uncertainty calculations.
