Key Requirements: LL.B. / LL.M. from a reputed institution with 8+years of relevant experience. Strong expertise in corporate transactions , energy and infrastructure laws , and dispute resolution . Proven ability to independently manage clients and transactions end-to-end. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
