Partner- International Construction Arbitration

As an arbitration lawyer with a proven track record in handling international construction disputes, you have the opportunity to join a leading practice as a Partner specializing in International Construction Arbitration. In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex, cross-border matters and leading multi-jurisdictional arbitrations under various rules such as ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and DIAC. Your primary responsibilities will include handling pleadings, evidence, and hearings, advising clients on high-value disputes, as well as mentoring junior team members and nurturing client relationships. With over 10 years of experience in the field, you should possess an LL.M. or equivalent degree from a reputable university and have a background working with top-tier global or leading Indian firms. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong foundation in international arbitration, with a proven track record of managing at least 45 full arbitrations and 34 major construction disputes. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong advocacy, drafting, and business development skills to excel in this position.
