Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer specializing in HMC, VMC, and die casting machines, located in Gurugram. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing field service to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role involves traveling to various client locations, diagnosing and repairing equipment, documenting service visits, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Troubleshooting
• Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience with HMC, VMC, and die casting machines is a plus
