Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Vijayawada. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves regular interaction with clients to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of security inspection systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the security and inspection industry is a plus
