Role Summary:
We're seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our marketing team at Gtech Web Solutions 🌟. You'll own the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of advertising campaigns on the Meta platform (Facebook & Instagram), driving brand awareness, engagement, leads, or sales, depending on business goals 🚀.
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Develop comprehensive ad strategies on Meta's platforms aligned with marketing objectives
✨ Set up, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (campaign structure, ad sets, creatives, placements, targeting)
✨ Conduct audience research and segmentation to define target groups and optimise reach
✨ Collaborate with creative/content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy
✨ Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), reporting on metrics and deriving insights
✨ Perform A/B testing (creative, audience, placement, bidding strategies) to refine campaigns
✨ Set up tracking and attribution mechanisms (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom events) to measure campaign impact
✨ Manage ad budgets, pacing spend efficiently, and scaling top-performing campaigns
✨ Stay updated with Meta's platform changes, ad policies, social media trends, and best practices
✨ Prepare regular performance reports and present insights, recommendations, and optimisation plans to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
📚 Mandatory:
✅ 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
✅ Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, tracking tools, attribution modelling
✅ Demonstrable ability to drive measurable results (leads, conversions, ROAS) from Meta platforms
✅ Analytical mindset: experience interpreting campaign data, spotting trends, optimising accordingly
✅ Creative capability: able to craft/adapt ad copy, work with visuals, collaborate for high-engagement creatives
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally and present insights clearly
✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
🌟 Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead-generation campaigns
🌟 Experience with multi-platform paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
🌟 Experience in managing higher ad spend budgets or scaling campaigns globally
🌟 Familiarity with custom audience creation, retargeting strategies, event-tracking, and conversion optimisation
