About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for both lead generation and e-commerce businesses. Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency and handling international clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across various objectives – awareness, consideration, and conversions.
• Develop effective paid social strategies for lead generation and e-commerce performance marketing.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative optimization to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in Meta advertising.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience in both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
• Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency is mandatory.
• Experience managing international client accounts.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and pixel setup.
• Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Candidates from Delhi (preferably Dwarka or nearby areas) will be given preference.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
