Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

About Us

We are a results-driven digital marketing agency helping brands grow through paid advertising, content strategy, and performance marketing. We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute and optimise Meta ad campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Perform audience research, targeting, and budget planning
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance
Work on lead generation, conversion campaigns, remarketing & brand awareness ads
Create high-performing ad copies & suggest creative direction
Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, trends, and algorithm changes
Setup Pixel, Events, Custom Conversions, API tracking if required
Collaborate with design & content team to improve CTR and ROAS

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
Experience in running campaigns for e-commerce, service business, or lead gen
Knowledge of A/B testing, funnel strategy, and campaign scaling
Ability to analyze metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Good communication & reporting skills
Basic knowledge of Canva / creatives (preferred)
