Meta Ads Specialist

As a Meta Ads Specialist at our results-driven digital marketing agency, your role will involve planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns - Performing audience research, targeting, and budget planning - Tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance - Working on lead generation, conversion campaigns, remarketing & brand awareness ads - Creating high-performing ad copies & suggesting creative direction - Staying updated with Meta Ads policies, trends, and algorithm changes - Setting up Pixel, Events, Custom Conversions, API tracking if required - Collaborating with design & content team to improve CTR and ROAS To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager - Experience in running campaigns for e-commerce, service business, or lead gen - Knowledge of A/B testing, funnel strategy, and campaign scaling - Ability to analyze metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) - Good communication & reporting skills - Basic knowledge of Canva / creatives (preferred) This freelance position requires a minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
