You will be a Performance Marketing specialist at Amber, a global leader in student accommodations, with a vast portfolio of over 1M+ units in 250+ cities across 6 countries. Your role will be crucial in the growth team, requiring excellent digital marketing skills and a creative mindset to create and optimize high-performing ads with effective measurement strategies. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and dedicated to delivering exceptional results. - Manage Google, Facebook & Instagram channels for performance marketing - Create, execute, and optimize end-to-end campaigns on various channels to maximize ROAS - Innovate and propose new campaign ideas to enhance marketing strategies - Collaborate with design and content teams for top-notch marketing campaigns - Work closely with team leads to implement strategies for optimal returns on marketing spends - Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights - Track KPIs such as revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc., on a daily basis - Stay updated on online marketing trends, industry best practices Qualifications Required: Hard Skills: - Extensive experience in running Google and Facebook ads - Proven track record of managing marketing budgets of 1cr/month or more - Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing - Experience in running ads targeting lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences Soft Skills: - High Ownership - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment - Creative mindset with attention to detail - Super Iterative - Willingness to experiment and iterate - Strong analytical skills - User Empathy At Amber, you can expect fast-paced growth opportunities with the ability to skip intermediate levels.
