Role: Leasing Executive 📍 Location: Noida Expressway 🕒 Experience: Minimum 1 year in commercial renting / coworking space leasing What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end leasing for commercial and coworking spaces. Identify and connect with potential tenants, startups, and corporates. Negotiate rental agreements to ensure fair market value. Build strong relationships with property owners and clients. Support the team with market research, client visits, and documentation. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Minimum 1 year experience in commercial leasing or coworking. ✅ Strong negotiation & communication skills. ✅ Knowledge of local commercial real estate market. ✅ Ability to achieve targets and build long-term partnerships.
