Role: Leasing Executive

📍 Location: Noida Expressway

🕒 Experience: Minimum 1 year in commercial renting / coworking space leasing

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end leasing for commercial and coworking spaces.
• Identify and connect with potential tenants, startups, and corporates.
• Negotiate rental agreements to ensure fair market value.
• Build strong relationships with property owners and clients.
• Support the team with market research, client visits, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 1 year experience in commercial leasing or coworking.

✅ Strong negotiation & communication skills.

✅ Knowledge of local commercial real estate market.

✅ Ability to achieve targets and build long-term partnerships.
