Leasing Executive (4-7 years experience) – Real Estate

Leasing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote available properties through various channels, Market Intelligence & Strategy.
• Handle tenant inquiries and schedule property site visits
• Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and lease terms
• Identify and qualify prospective tenants
• Negotiate rental terms in line with company policies
• Prepare, coordinate, and execute lease agreements
• Ensure documentation and compliance with local real estate regulations
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams
• Track lease expiries, renewals, and vacant units
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports

• Basic understanding of real estate leasing laws
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in real estate leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial leasing markets
• Local real estate license (if required by law)
