• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing activities for retail and commercial spaces
• Coordinate with tenants on requirements, documentation, and move-in processes
• Conduct negotiations and finalize leasing agreements
• Maintain accurate records of lease contracts, renewals, and updates
