Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and driven Apprentice - Talent Acquisition to join our growing HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support Amber’s rapid growth. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is passionate about people, and is always seeking new ways to improve the recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments (Tech, Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.) Screen and assess candidates via phone, video, or in-person interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards for tracking hiring metrics Represent AmberStudent at career fairs, hiring events, and university engagements Requirements: Recent graduate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sourcing and networking abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously High energy, passion for people, and a results-driven mindset Keen learner Nice To Have: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed) Prior experience in tech & non-tech hiring for high-growth startups Understanding of employer branding and social recruitment strategies Experience with international hiring or global talent sourcing Why Join Us?
