Meta Ads Manager

We're looking for a Meta Ads Expert to take charge of client campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta ecosystem. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook + Instagram). Create full-funnel strategies for eCommerce, lead-gen, and service-based clients. Monitor performance and scale campaigns based on CPA, CPL, and ROAS benchmarks. Develop ad creatives and copy ideas with design/content teams. Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements, and objectives. Track and analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and other analytics tools. Troubleshoot pixel, conversion API, and tracking issues with dev/analytics support. Stay updated on algorithm shifts, policy changes, and creative trends. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads. Proven ability to manage budgets >₹1L/month or $5K/month. Deep understanding of audience targeting, pixel setup, retargeting, and lookalike strategies. Familiarity with lead-gen, eCommerce, or funnel-based advertising. Experience with GA4, UTM tracking, and ad attribution models. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
