Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Business Analyst to support and drive digital transformation initiatives within our OSAT manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business processes and technology, ensuring MES solutions align with operational goals and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for MES capabilities across assembly and test processes. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT teams to design optimal MES workflows. Support the implementation, configuration, and validation of MES solutions tailored to OSAT operations (e.g., traceability, WIP tracking, lot management, recipe management). Work with vendors and internal teams to integrate with ERP, PLM, SPC, and equipment interfaces. Develop functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams. Perform gap analysis between current system capabilities and business needs. Lead or assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training sessions, and end-user documentation. Support change management and adoption strategies for MES rollout. Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet business expectations. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 3 – 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment. Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Camstar/Siemens, Si View, PROMIS, Critical Manufacturing or other MES). Familiarity with integration to ERP (SAP, Oracle), equipment automation, and traceability systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in agile or hybrid project management environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data analytics or manufacturing intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of semiconductor standards (e.g., SECS/GEM, IPC-CFX) Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
