Description
We’re hiring a MERN Stack Developer who can independently handle application logic, maintain existing codebases, and build new features with clean, scalable practices. The role suits someone who thrives in structured workflows, enjoys solving technical challenges, and can coordinate smoothly with teams across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Build, enhance, and maintain applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.
Manage and improve existing projects—debugging, refactoring, upgrading components, and optimizing workflow.
Convert requirements into robust system architecture and well-structured code.
Integrate AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) into existing and new features.
Handle deployments via GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Configure VPS environments, monitor performance, and manage server processes (PM2, Nginx, SSL, etc.).
Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams using Tailwind, jQuery, and similar frontend utilities.
Maintain code quality via reviews, documentation, and modular development.
Coordinate effectively with teams working in Canada/US time zones when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of hands-on MERN development experience.
Strong grasp of logical reasoning and ability to design clean application flows.
Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization).
Strong Git/GitHub understanding with experience in collaborative workflows.
Basic to intermediate CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, pipelines, automated deployments).
Working knowledge of AWS / Azure / Google Cloud (compute, storage, deployment basics).
VPS management familiarity (Linux basics, PM2, Nginx, environment configs).
Experience integrating LLM APIs is a significant plus.
Clear English communication and ability to work with distributed teams.
Team-oriented mindset with reliable work discipline.
Nice to HaveTypeScript experience.
Exposure to Docker or containerized environments.
Familiarity with Redis, caching strategies, or performance tuning.
Basic automated testing exposure.

Work Expectations
Core working hours: 10 AM – 7 PM IST.
Flexibility to overlap partially with Canada/US time zones when required.
Monday–Saturday schedule with 2nd & 4th Saturday off.
1-year service bond applicable from joining date.
