1. Drafting and Documentation: - Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), prospectus, and other related documents. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Customer Coordination: - Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
3. Open Offer and Valuations: - Manage open offer processes, including drafting letters of offer, filing with regulatory authorities, and ensuring compliance. - Conduct valuations of companies, assets, or securities.
4. Other Merchant Banking Activities.
Requirements:- Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience with merchant banker- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills:- Experience with document drafting, customer coordination, and deal management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
