Merchandiser B2B Jewellery Industry

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:

10.00am to 6:30pm

We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic merchandiser to lead and grow our presence in the industry. To drive manage and ensuring revenue growth, client acquisition, and brand positioning in the wholesale and retail partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Product Merchandising Strategy
  • Plan and execute product assortment strategies tailored to B2B clients needs.
  • Coordinate with manufacturer, considering market trends and client preferences.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Client Interaction Customization
  • Engage with B2B clients to understand their requirements and customize jewellery solutions.
  • Maintain an efficient communication channel between manufacturer and internal teams to ensure product updating.
Market Research Trend Analysis
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
  • Assist the design team with feedback and suggestions for new products and collections.
Reporting Coordination
  • Maintain inventory reports and ensure products are stocked in alignment with client demand.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics) for smooth order execution.
  • Ensure quality control checks for purity, craftsmanship, and compliance with hallmarking standards.
  • Manage visual merchandising in application to showcase gold jewellery attractively and enhance sales.
  • Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, and performance reports for management review.
  • Gold Jewellery experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • HSC or Bachelors degree in any stream.
  • Experience in Jewelry Industry is must.
  • Prior experience in jewelry Merchandiser, sales support, or B2B Sales.
  • Familiarity with jewelry terminology, materials, and calculations.
  • Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and handle targets.
  • Computer knowledge (MS-Office).
