1. JOB DETAILS :

Position title : Merchandiser

Department : Sales and Marketing

Location : Cochin

2. JOB PURPOSE : Support in achieving sales growth & generate sales to meet target. Also maximize sales through design, developing & implementing the marketing strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and close sales.

3. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

WEBSITE DESIGN AND MANAGING :

• Digital catalogue
• Update on website on Q-tile/Granito Gres/Italina
• Arranging new updation and mock ups in website
• Collect and convert website enquiries
• Keep websites updated with all available data.

ONLINE PLATFORM MANAGEMENT :

• Arranging new updation and mock ups in online platform
• Collect and convert online platform enquiries
• Keep online platform updated with all available data.
• Social media campaign on festival session with prepared updates
• Update the product list in tabs of Marketing and Sales executive.

PRODUCT UPDATION :

• Collect all details on new products
• Arrange hoardings/PDF and live catalogue to branches and dealer.
• Prepare for all set of exhibitions and common fair and participate.
• Conduct meeting at required destinations for dealers regarding new products
• Arrangements for mockups and studio preparation for products.

ADVERTISEMENT FOLLOWUPS :

• Regular follow ups on visual/audio/video and social media advertisement
• Prepare writeups and brochures for advertisement
• Inhouse branding of products and vehicle branding.

PRODUCT TRAINING :

• Arrange scheduled product training for dealers and required staffs
• Create ppt and pdf and samples for training

SCHEME AND OFFER CHART :

• Create and make arrangement of various schemes for dealers and staffs
• Prepare and maintain chart for schemes.

BRANDING & PROMOTION :

• Co-ordinate sales promotion meetings with sales Team.
• Support company events
• Support sales promotion meetings with sales Team

DISPLAY & SAMPLING :

• Plan, arrange and monitor new sampling
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
• Submit layout plan for display at Dealer, franchisee and owned showrooms before starting work.
• Collect and keep record the samples from Morbi and inform sales Co-ordinator regularly.
• Schedule, monitor D&E and submit report.
• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers/dealers’ expectations and company’s objectives.

REPORT :

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report and submit to GM.

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Graduate /post-graduation / MBA – In Marketing.
• Proven 2 years’ experience as marketing executive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
