Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Merchandiser to manage client orders, production coordination, and shipment processes for our bags export business. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between buyers, production teams, and logistics providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of products. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Interact with international buyers to understand requirements and specifications. Handle inquiries, send quotations, and follow up on sampling and approvals. Sampling and Development: Coordinate sample development with the design and production teams. Ensure buyer specifications and quality standards are met. Order Execution: Manage the order cycle from sampling to final shipment. Prepare and confirm production timelines, tech packs, and order sheets. Coordinate with production and QC teams to ensure on-time delivery. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with raw material suppliers for timely procurement. Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases based on order schedules. Documentation & Logistics: Ensure timely preparation of export documentation (invoice, packing list, shipping bill, etc.). Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics teams for smooth dispatch. Quality Assurance: Work with quality control teams to ensure product quality. Handle any issues related to rejections, delays, or production faults. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, International Business, or related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Knowledge of export documentation and INCOTERMS. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
