Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanpur for a Merchandiser at Airysole. The Merchandiser will be responsible for organizing product displays, involvment in product development, coordinating with suppliers, managing customer inquiries, and assisting in promotional activities. The role also involves monitoring sales trends and providing market feedback to improve product offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and product management
• Marketing skills and ability to assist in promotional activities
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the footwear industry is a plus
