About the Role We are looking for an experienced Fabric Merchandiser to manage sourcing, development, and execution of fabrics across multiple business verticals including domestic retail, brands, export houses, and direct exports . The role requires strong coordination with mills, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Source and develop woven & knitted fabrics for women’s and men’s wear Coordinate with mills, traders, and processors for sampling and bulk production Manage fabric costing, negotiations, and price finalization Follow up on lab dips, strike-offs, approvals, and bulk timelines Ensure quality standards, shrinkage, color fastness, and testing compliance Work closely with design, sampling, and production teams Handle fabric requirements for domestic orders, brands, export houses & export direct clients Maintain fabric inventory, swatch libraries, and documentation Track market trends and introduce new fabric qualities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
