Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee located in Kanpur. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for handling day-to-day back office operations including processing and managing data, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting in financial and sales tasks. The role includes maintaining communication with different departments and providing customer service support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Back Office Operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Finance and Sales operations
• Proficiency in using office software and equipment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or footwear industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
