Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Utility systems for projects.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, technical data sheets, and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical and piping teams for smooth integration of all services.
• Perform load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, pump head calculations using engineering tools/software.
• Prepare installation method statements, technical submissions and shop drawings.
• Monitor site execution of mechanical systems including:
• HVAC (AHU, VRF, Chillers, Ducting)
• Plumbing (Water supply, Drainage)
• Firefighting (Sprinklers, Hydrants, Pumps)
• Utility Piping (Compressed air, process lines)
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality norms.
• Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning of MEP systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers for technical clarifications.
• Prepare progress reports and support project handover documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–8 years of experience in MEP mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HVAC systems
• Plumbing & sanitary systems
• Firefighting systems
• Mechanical utilities
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings (AutoCAD/Revit knowledge preferred).
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, NBC and local codes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and handle multiple contractors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software (HAP/Carrier, PipeFlow, etc. preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
