Job Summary:

The MEP Engineer will oversee and coordinate the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of MEP systems design, installation, and maintenance, and will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects.
• Prepare MEP drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during the construction phase.
• Review and approve material submittals and shop drawings.
• Ensure all MEP systems meet local codes, environmental standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage project schedules and budgets for MEP works.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for product specifications and procurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil Engineering.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in MEP design and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of .
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Preferred: Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.

Pay: ₹400,000.86 - ₹600,000.67 per year
